Reimagined as a ward office of the future by IWAI Toshio, author of picture book series “The House with 100 Stories”, this venue will become a creative space that gives visitors a sense of excitement the moment they walk through the door.

The Chuo Ward Office Complex, which opened in February 2025, will serve as an “exit for learning,” a place for citizens to put their learning into practice through real activities.

This venue will function as an activity-filled lab and feature participation by IWAI Toshio, author of the beloved “The House with 100 Stories” picture book series.
