The NOISE TRAM that started from Festival Fukushima! will take place using streetcars as venues. Several musicians will get on streetcars and perform noise music. The audience will be caught in a whirlpool of sound that never stops and go around Sapporo at night in a streetcar that will be transformed into a live performance space.
