サイアフ2027 will be held at 11 different venues across Sapporo. Six venues have free admission, and five venues require tickets.

Sales for the Sapporo Citizens Gallery ticket start on 27 October. This ticket provides unlimited entry to the venue during the festival period. Other paid venues require separate tickets.

- Tickets for Sapporo Citizens Gallery can be purchased online for 400 yen cheaper than same-day tickets, or 700-800 yen cheaper for advance sales.

- Student tickets are available to high school students and above. Admission is free for visitors under 15.
- Admission is free for visitors with disability ID and an accompanying caregiver. Please reserve tickets online with a MIRAIRO ID or present your disability ID at the ticket window on the day.
- If you plan to visit as part of school activities, supervising teachers may enter free of charge. Please contact the サイアフ Secretariat 011-211-2314 at least five days in advance.
- Sapporo/Hokkaido Resident tickets are only available to citizens residing in Sapporo or Hokkaido.
- If you wish to purchase a Sapporo/Hokkaido Resident ticket or a Student ticket, please bring identification.
Please Note
- Each ticket type is only valid for one person. Tickets may not be reused.
- Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after purchase.
- Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
- We are not liable for loss or theft of tickets.
- Resale of tickets is forbidden. You will not be admitted with a resold ticket.
