Jung Young Doo
Representative of the Doo Dance Theater. A recipient of the Yokohama Arts Foundation Prize and the French Embassy Prize for Young Choreographer at the Yokohama Dance Collection 2004. He has performed a number of inspiring dances, and attained an international reputation as a leading dancer and choreographer in South Korea. He has performed with the Marebito Theater Company, and taught at the Kyoto International Dance Workshop. He also garnered support in Japan with the choreography for Silent Flower, the opening program of the Yokohama Dance Collection 2016. He is a specially appointed associate professor at the Department of Body Expression and Cinematic Arts, College of Contemporary Psychology, Rikkyo University.
