Ariizumi Shiori

Ariizumi began classical ballet at the age of eight, and learned from Ohata Noriko at a school attached to the NBA Ballet Company and from Christian Martinu and Mitani Rio at a school attached to the ABC-Tokyo Ballet Company. In 2013, she entered the Department of Body Expression and Cinematic Arts, College of Contemporary Psychology, Rikkyo University, where she learned under Jung Young Doo. She participated in a summer program of Royal Ballet School Antwerp in the summer of 2013. Since then, she has given ballet, contemporary dance and musical performances. She learned under Nihei Noe after an audition for the Nect dance company, and joined the Nect in September 2016 as a dancer. She is currently working under Jung Young Doo.
