Theme and message announced for the Sapporo International Art Festival 2014
On December 17, 2012, Sapporo International Art Festival 2014 Guest Director Ryuichi Sakamoto and Fumio Ueda, Chairman of the Creative City Sapporo International Art Festival Executive Committee and Mayor of Sapporo, held a press conference at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan in Tokyo. At the event, Mr. Sakamoto highlighted the theme and message of the Sapporo International Art Festival 2014.
